Who is responsible

Perception (“Perception”) is responsible for the information collected on this site. For any question or request about your personal information, write to perceptiontours360@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, business name, city and country, email or phone, and the language of the site.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

Why

To answer your request, plan a demo or send you a quote. We do not sell or rent your information.

Your consent

We collect it with your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Where it is stored

The site is hosted by Vercel and requests are stored in a Supabase database. These providers may be located outside your country or Quebec, including in North America or Europe.

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, then delete it.

Third-party services and IP address

Fonts and the 360° tour viewer are hosted on our own site: your browser contacts no third-party service to display the pages. As with any website, our host (Vercel) processes your IP address in its technical logs in order to deliver the pages. If we ever add analytics or non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, correction, deletion, data portability, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to perceptiontours360@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the data protection authority in your country (for example, in Europe, your national GDPR authority).

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted connection (HTTPS) and restricted access to the database. No system is infallible; if an incident presents a serious risk, we will notify you.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
